New Recipes. .. We've been testing out some new fun recipes this week. Every once in a while I like to hop on Pinterest to check something that I've pinned and try it, that way we don't get stuck in a rut. All three of these recipes we loved. Including the kids so that's saying something! Sweet Potato Chorizo Tacos simplyscratch.com I followed the recipe (linked above) exactly minus the green onions and cilantro on top. I subbed fat free feta cheese for the cojita cheese simply because I had some on hand, and you don't need much. We also topped with a little salsa too. And the filling was yummy the next day with an egg!
