New Recipes. .. We've been testing out some new fun recipes this week. Every once in a while I like to hop on Pinterest to check something that I've pinned and try it, that way we don't get stuck in a rut. All three of these recipes we loved. Including the kids so that's saying something! Sweet Potato Chorizo Tacos simplyscratch.com I followed the recipe (linked above) exactly minus the green onions and cilantro on top. I subbed fat free feta cheese for the cojita cheese simply because I had some on hand, and you don't need much. We also topped with a little salsa too. And the filling was yummy the next day with an egg! We decided that it would be nice to have another place where I can post recipes, meal plans and shopping lists. I know we are all looking for easy, yummy and healthy meal ideas. Here I will post new recipes I've tried, old classics and all the recipe info will be here, including nutrition facts. So to start us off here is our latest yummy recipe that we tried last week. Do you like Indian food? Well we do, and if you're not sure give this a try! It did not disappoint.
